30.09.21 - r e l : e a s e as the season turns and the biome surrenders its growth in preparation for the coming dream state : we will practice a deeply releasing kundalini yoga kriya and meditation to shed excess emotions, recirculate and recalibrate energy in the body - along with a gong journey to bring the body into a deep state of ease and serenity28.10.21 - r e : b i r t h deep dive into Scorpio season with a shared rebirthing kriya - these kriyas are amongst the most powerful in the kundalini diaspora and connect us to what is deepest within us: our human capacity to clean the slate and rise again 25.11.21 - r e : c r e a t ebefore everything else we are creative beings, creation surrounds us and we are well when we are creating in flow with it - in these early days of Sagittarius season with Jupiter as our guide, we tap into and harness our abundant creative cosmic energy together
