Relaxing Sound bath

St Thomas Church & The Dove CaféBeaconsfield, England
Monday, Feb 9, 2026 from 7 pm to 8 pm GMT
Overview

Join me to go on a beautifully relaxing, healing journey together, taking a break from our busy, demanding lives, to be bathed in sound.

Welcome to my Sound bath event!

Date: Monday 9 February @ 7pm (Doors open 6:50pm)

Location: St Thomas' Hall, Mayflower Way, Holtspur, Beaconsfield HP9 1UF

This is an evening for you to slow down, to have the time and space to think about how you are and what you might need, where you are right now and then to lie down in total comfort and be bathed and held in sound.

I hope you will be leave this session feeling held, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Taking place in the lovely St Thomas' hall, we will start the session with some gentle breathwork, intention setting, and then while you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed, I will play various instruments around you known for their vibratory healing frequencies, as well as using my voice. You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you.

As a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are usually played off the body. The one main exception is for people with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare), and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions.

Additionally, during the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy we also advise caution for working with healing sounds.

Location

St Thomas' Hall is located in Holtspur, Beaconsfield.

Parking

There is parking directly outside the hall.

What to wear

Your comfiest clothes! I want you to feel comfy and cosy. Layers are a good idea as you’ll be lying down on your mat for a lot of the session and you might feel chilly.

What to bring

· a yoga mat or similar to lie on

· a blanket or duvet

· an eye mask if you like to use one

· a pillow or cushion for your head, and perhaps also a cushion for under your legs

Anything you might like to have with you to make you as comfortable as possible! No such thing as too many blankets!

You might also want to bring a journal and a pen in case anything comes up for you which you want to note down.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event unless I am able to refill your space. No refunds at all if within 48 hours of the event. In either case you may gift your space to a friend but please do contact me to notify me of their name and contact details.

I will send out an email with all the details and what to bring closer to the event.
