The Voice of Tech - Online Roundtable

A JUG for Everyoneis a new developer community, created by a team with a history of organising successful events under other community umbrellas. We recently decided to give those events a new home and identity.Our mission is to support and grow a new generation of developers and leaders. People who, like us, love sharing knowledge in a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment.It doesn’t matter what your experience level, background, race, or gender is. The only requirement is a shared spirit of fun and professional growth. We expect all members to come with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and mutual respect for one another.

Join us for an evening of good technical conversations at the AJE Online Roundtable event!Whether you're a backend dev, full-stack engineer, or just getting started in tech, this event is a great opportunity to:<ul><li>Share ideas and challenges</li><li>Discuss new trends such as AI</li><li>Or never old problems such as "spaces vs tabs"</li></ul>In a very casual, although moderated environment, where you are The Voice.Our goal is to create a friendly and supportive space where technologists can learn from each other — and have some fun along the way.To meet popular demand, we’re making this an online event to make it more accessible for those who can’t attend in person. <h4>The access link is not active yet</h4>The link will be published and sent via email to all attendees a few days before the event <h4>Prerequisites:</h4><ul><li>Think about topics you’d like to discuss</li><li>Keep an eye on your email. We’ll send the meeting invitation link a few days before the event.</li><li>We’ll be using <a href="https://jitsi.org/" title="https://jitsi.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jitsi</a>, a free and open-source platform for online video meetings. Make sure you can use it.</li><li>If we have more than 20 participants, we will create breakout rooms to discuss individual topics.</li><li>In such a case, we will need more moderators. Think ahead if you want to be one, and how you would approach moderation so that everyone can participate.</li></ul>

It is a rough agenda. Each topic will have a 30-minute slot, but we might spend more or less time. We might finish earlier than 19:45, but not later than 20:00. It all depends on how it goes...
