The event will take place on Sunday, 7th December 2025, from 13:00 to 15:00, with doors opening at 12:45.

Who can attend this event?

This event is for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over. Due to health and safety risks, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate younger children. Younger children will not be permitted.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is conveniently located on the route of the 18 and 220 buses and is less than a 10-minute walk from Willesden Junction Station. For those driving, parking is available on-site and on nearby streets.

The ticket price includes all the materials you’ll need to create you floral arrangement and refreshments.

Can I bring my own drinks?

We will be providing drinks and cake but feel free to bring alternative refreshments if you are under strict dietary requirements. Kindly note that this venue has a strict no alcohol policy.

What if I am unable to come to the event?

Participant Cancellation Policy:

A full refund, minus a £5 handling fee, will be provided for cancellations made on or before 21/11/25.
Cancellations made after 21/11/25 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.

We, the organisers, reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient participants or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
