With no one giving us a manual for how relationships work and how to create a union that allows us to thrive as individuals and as a couple, there is no wonder why so many of us struggle to form long-lasting healthy, happy, and fulfilling relationships.The societal expectation of “what a relationship should look like” leaves many people to feel like they have to mold themselves into this one-size-fits-all idea of how a relationship should be in order to be accepted. Many of us get wounded in early relationships through rejection, unhealthy relationships, abandonment and conditional love which forms limiting beliefs about our self-worth, what love should look like and who is responsible for our needs. And when this is at play we enter into dysfunctional habits like emotionally shutting down, withholding sex, people-pleasing, manipulation, avoiding asking for what we want, and projecting our trauma onto our partners. All because we think that is how to make a relationship function and how to get our needs across.And the truth is in relationships of a bygone era, it worked, just about, but we want and expect, rightly, so much more from our relationships and our partners than our parents did.🙏We want to feel loved, deeply connected and accepted for all of who we are.🙏We want a partner to share life’s most exquisite experiences with.🙏We want sexual experiences that are exciting and bring us closer and closer together.🙏We want our relationship to inspire us and help us grow and evolve into better versions of ourselves.What we need is a conscious relationship!This workshop is hosted and delivered by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/theauthenticman_/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">David</a> and <a href="https://www.instagram.com/coachwithasa/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Asa</a>.
