Mental Health Awareness in the WorkplaceWe are happy to offer an in-person Mental Health Awareness course run by A1 Social Care Training Ltd. This will be held:Wednesday 11th February9:30am-1pmTooting Works89 Bickersteth RdLondonSW17 9SH This course offers an iCQ qualification and a certificate will be provided upon successful completion.This course identifies the role and responsibilities of Mental Health First Aiders, introducing ways to reduce risk and promote emotional wellbeing in the workplace. Learners will gain the skills to recognise early signs of mental ill-health, respond appropriately to someone in distress.The course covers how to approach difficult conversations, assess immediate risk of harm, and offer reassurance and guidance. This qualification enables staff to confidently support colleagues and clients experiencing poor mental health, helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive working environment.Please make sure to bring your ID to this training so your certificate can be issued.Please be advised we are only able to offer a maximum of 12 places on this course, you must be working with a Ruils client to qualify. Please inform your employers, should they need support on this day, we are able to cover the cost of temporary support (up to 3 hours at £15ph). You will be reimbursed any travel costs up to £5
