While this isn’t designed specifically for children, families are welcome and kids can still enjoy the festive atmosphere. You can also join us for Family Carols on 14 December.

Yes absolutely, the event space is fully accessible and all are welcome.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes. If you’re unable to make it, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite to allow others the chance to attend.

What time do the doors open?

Doors for the service will open 20 minutes before so do come along early, grab a seat, enjoy a mulled drink and soak up the atmosphere! Please note ticket holders have early access up until 2:55PM at which time walk-ins will be let in based on seat availability.

Do I have a reserved seat?

Seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis.
