Trauma is not just something we think about... it’s something we feel and hold in the body
Natalie McIvor is an integrative psychotherapist and somatic alignment practitioner who believes that healing begins when we come home to our bodies. Her work weaves together talking therapy, breath, movement and attunement, helping clients move out of their heads and into embodied safety. Natalie supports people in recognising dysregulation, grounding the nervous system and rediscovering what it feels like to live with balance, presence and flow.
