Each session takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours to complete.

We recommend that delegates wishing to attend this course should first complete the FastStats Analyser Standard user training.

This course shows users how to use the highly visual interface of Apteco PeopleStage to sketch out single and multi-stage, multi-channel campaigns. Delegates learn how event-driven marketing process flow diagrams can automate a communication strategy and create highly personalised messages, applying rules and schedules to determine which individuals progress to different stages within the PeopleStage process flow. Learn how to create target groups, set up timely communications and apply business rules, cost constraints and volume limits to campaigns. Reporting and the analysis of PeopleStage results within Apteco FastStats are explored, and hands-on, practical exercises undertaken to reinforce learning.
