FastStats Behavioural Modelling

The session takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours to complete.

Delegates must complete the FastStats Predictor user training and have a sound understanding of analysis topics before taking this course.

This course builds upon the concepts and basic statistical methods used in FastStats for descriptive and predictive data modelling. You will learn how to explore historic transactional and communication data, analysing different behavioural features, and combinations of features, based on past sequences of activity. See how the customer journeys identified as most useful allow you to make the connection between what has happened and why, and how you can create, evaluate and apply robust models which inform and improve your marketing decisions.
