A virtual retreat to help you find purpose, set intentions for the new year & boost your energy. Join Chloe & Rosie for a day of self-care.

This is a 5 hour retreat, welcome to anyone and everyone.Within this day we will guide you through a variety of sessions to support your mental and physical wellbeing; whilst taking practical steps to redefine who you want to be, what you want to achieve and how to do this.On securing your place you will receive an e-welcome pack full of goodies to get you excited about the day and how set up your virtual retreat space!Join Chloe &amp; Rosie for an uplifting retreat full of energising fitness classes and mindset focusing (use your own words there) sessions whilst having the option to whip up some delicious snacks. The Redefining You Retreat will start at 09:00am, and during the day you will be guided through 5 sessions; including a bodyweight resistance class, a mental wellbeing Redefining You session, a stretch and mobilisation class, a mindfulness session then finishing with a cardio blitz class to leave feeling energised and full of ideas.There will be a few breaks throughout the day for the chance for us to get to know each other, enjoy nutritious snacks and a coffee/tea whilst discussing ideas and thoughts. We will be sending out some snack recipe ideas for those who want to pre prepare these for the day. Our day will come to a close after our cardio session, a closing circle and fond farewells at 14.00pm.We look forward to sharing a wonderful day with you all.
