A bespoke sound bath focussed on your intentions and needs - book for one or two people. Can be seated or lying down.

The sound event takes place in our Exeter Sound Studio - a peaceful space designed to help you settle, relax and let go of the day.

The sound frequencies we create with the handmade Wind Gong, Quartz Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Singing Bowls produce Theta and Delta brainwave states associated with dreaming, imagination, creativity and deep relaxation.

As you pleasantly drift into your imagination, you can experience positive wellbeing and intuitive insights.

This is a tailored session just for you, or you plus one! We will talk through your wishes before we start and will lead you on a guided meditation for a fabulous sound immersion journey. This is where the magic happens!
