What time do doors open?

Check-in starts as stated on your ticket/event page. You’re very welcome to arrive earlier, grab a drink at the bar, and enjoy the atmosphere before the event kicks off.

Can i arrive early?

Absolutely! The bar and restaurant areas are open all day. Come down early, beat the rush, and make a night of it.

Is there seating available?

Seating varies by event (some are fully seated, some standing/part-seated, some fully standing). Full details are always shown on the event flyer or ticket page.

Can i reserve a table or a seat?

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve seats or tables in the event – it’s first come, first served.

How do i buy tickets

Tickets can be purchased:

•	Online at www.distinctiveinns.co.uk/the-risley-park/events
•	Via the Distinctive Rewards App
•	On Eventbrite
•	In person at the Bar (subject to availability)

Can i pay on the door?

No, all events are ticket-only and must be purchased in advance. We cannot guarantee entry on the night without a valid ticket.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation or major rescheduling by the venue. Please see our full terms at purchase.

Question 8

Can i re-enter the venue if i step outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you’ve checked in, you’ll receive a wristband that allows you to come and go between the function room, garden, and bar areas.

Question 9

Is there parking and can i leave my car overnight?

Accepted Answer

Yes – we have a large free car park. You are welcome to leave your car overnight entirely at your own risk and it must be collected by 11am the following day.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, we have step-free access to the function room and garden, and accessible toilets are located nearby.

Can i bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or drink is permitted. We have a fully stocked bar and tables can be booked online for the restaurant area, where you can dine before the event.

Will i need ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes – this is an 18+ venue and we operate Challenge 21. Please bring valid photo ID (driving licence, passport or PASS-approved card).

What time does the event finish?

Accepted Answer

Finish times vary by event and are shown on your ticket/event page. Last entry is usually 9pm or as advertised.
