Join artist, environmentalist and cook Sean Roy Parker for a hands-on workshop producing Lacto-fermented foods that are beneficial to your microbiome. Throughout the session we will consider ideas of food sovereignty, interspecies collaboration and ethnographic history.Limited to 12 places, pre-booking essential. Please bring a knife, chopping board and apron. Jars and ingredients will be provided. This event is part of Leicester Art Week, a programme of exhibitions and events taking place 12th-21st November - https://www.leicesterartweek.co.uk/ and has been made possible by public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England and contributions from partner venues
