Unfortunately 54 The Gallery is not fully wheelchair accessible, with step-less access restricted to the first room where you can experience the full event, however the bathroom is only accessible via stairs. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance.

This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to energy work, have a little experience and want to deepen your understanding, or simply wish to explore practical ways to work with your energy in everyday life.

Can I sit down?

Parts of the evening will be deeply relaxing as you tune into your own energy. Seating is limited to 2–3 chairs for those who need them; otherwise, you’re invited to stand or sit comfortably on the floor. Feel free to bring a cushion or something soft for extra comfort.
