We want to see empowerment and voice for all residents of Wormholt and White City, in particular for excluded groups such as young people, people with English as a second language, people living in poverty, and people living in isolation.We would like to see access to services for everyone, delivered appropriately according to their needs and culture.

W12 Together, the NHS Primary Care Network and LBHF Family Champions are working together to hear from local residents about their experiences of GP services in North Hammersmith &amp; Fulham.We’re running a series of small, friendly focus groups across the area to learn what’s working well and where things could be improved. Your feedback will help shape how local health services are delivered in the future.There are different workshops for different sub-groups of our community, held at various times and locations across North Hammersmith and Fulham.<h3>Children &amp; Young People Focus groups</h3>We have two focus groups for parents or carers of children and families. These focus groups will discuss the same issues so please select the date and location most convenient for you. Please note that creche facilities are available at the Old Oak Family Hub group.Details18th November 2025 - 9:30am to 11:30am Old Oak Family Hub (with Creche)OR21st November 2025 - 9am to 11:30am Randolph Beresford Nursery<h3>Who can attend:</h3>Parents or carers living in North Hammersmith &amp; Fulham, who attend GP practices with their children in the White City, Wormholt, and Old Oak areas.<h3>Why take part:</h3>Your voice matters. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help the NHS, H&amp;F Council and W12 Together understand what’s important to local people and ensure GP services meet community needs.
