We want to see empowerment and voice for all residents of Wormholt and White City, in particular for excluded groups such as young people, people with English as a second language, people living in poverty, and people living in isolation.We would like to see access to services for everyone, delivered appropriately according to their needs and culture.

<h3>Older Adults Focus Group</h3>W12 Together, the NHS Primary Care Network and LBHF Family Champions are working together to hear from local residents about their experiences of GP services in North Hammersmith &amp; Fulham.We’d love you to join a small, welcoming discussion where you can share what’s working well, what’s challenging, and what you feel would make accessing GP services easier and more supportive. This is an opportunity for older adults to speak openly in a relaxed setting with people who want to listen and make change happen.Details: Date: Tuesday 25th November 2025 Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pmLocation: White City Community CentreWho can attend: Residents aged 60+ living in North Hammersmith &amp; Fulham who attend GP practices in the White City, Wormholt, and Old Oak areas.<h3>Why take part?</h3>Your experiences are important. Services work best when they are shaped by the people who use them.Your views will be shared directly with the NHS and LBHF to help guide future improvements.You’ll be part of a supportive group conversation where everyone’s voice is valued — no technical knowledge needed.This session is informal, friendly, and facilitated by local staff. You can contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.<h3>What to expect:</h3><ul><li>A warm welcome and introductions</li><li>Gentle guided discussion in small groups</li><li>Space to share positive experiences and challenges</li><li>A chance to suggest practical ways services could work better for local older people</li><li>Tea, coffee and light refreshments provided</li></ul><h3>Accessibility</h3>If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know when registering.
