DetailsAn evening of calm and candlelight with Simon &amp; Anastasia.Begin with one hour of gentle, grounding Hatha yoga by candlelight led by Simon to ease away the week, release tension and prepare the body for deep rest. Then surrender into one hour of immersive sound led by Anastasia, featuring the soothing tones of the Gong, crystal &amp; singing bowls, Tuning forks, Drum and Percussion.This evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect - leaving you restored, balanced and renewed.What to Expect60 mins Candlelight Yoga with Simon (Hatha / slow flow )60 mins Sound Bath Mediation with AnastasiaTime to settle &amp; close in silenceA tranquil, low-lit space with candlelight all aroundWho Is this for?This session is open to everyone - whether you’re new to yoga or sound baths, or have a regular practice. It’s ideal for those who wish to unwind at the end of the week, soothe the nervous system, and experience deep relaxation.Spaces are limited to 15 participants to maintain a peaceful, spacious environment.Your teachersSimon British Wheel of Yoga - accredited teacher, certified iRest™ meditation teacher &amp; yoga therapist. Simon has been teaching since 2010, blending yoga, meditation, breathwork and movement to support overall wellbeing. If you cancel more than three weeks before the event, we can transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).
