Paper Dress Yoga studio hosts a range of class styles: vinyasa, yin, ashtanga, flow and restore, and a variety of themed weekend workshops.The house style is mindful, breath-led, alignment-focused, sometimes strong and dynamic, sometimes slow and deep. Our practice is all about connecting the body to the breath and the physical to the spiritual. We love playful and creative classes, building strength and flexibility whilst encouraging curiosity and self-care.Our studio is a peaceful, light-filled space carefully enhanced with a few vintage treasures and charms. We have everything you need to make your class comfortable (and stylish!) – mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, vintage blankets, eye bags and, of course, expert teachers.All levels of students are catered for – we welcome total beginners and those that have practised for years. Book online or drop-in, we cant wait to see you on the mat!

Paper Dress Yoga

A delicious 2 hours of long held mat based yoga postures to allow time to go deeper into body and mind.

Join us for a delicious 2 hours of floor based, deep stretching Yin yoga with experienced practitioner and teacher Amanda Wright.Each month will be inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, looking at postures that support the body through the seasons and accompanied with wise words and readings.We will work with the earth element &amp; postures inspired by the spleen and stomach meridians.A slow practice with challenges to body and mind as shapes are held for time. This class is open to all abilities and particularly good for those working on flexibility, supporting injury or those newer to yoga.£25 in-studio / £20 online (book via website for Online access)
