With so much funding associated with specific projects, it is essential that all managers have some understanding of how to effectively manage projects. This interactive one-day course will introduce you to the essential skills develop and lead funded projects.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding the fundamentals of project management
  • How to define clear project goals and scope
  • Effective planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Managing teams, risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Tracking project progress and handling changes
  • Measuring Data and Impact
  • Reporting

  • New or aspiring managers in the not-for-profit advice sector
  • Experienced managers looking to refresh their skills
  • Team leaders and supervisors wanting to develop their leadership abilities

Interactive learning with practical exercises, case studies, and real-world scenarios!

We offer this workshop three times a year, and limited the number of spaces for each workshop, so we encourage you to book early and reserve your place!

Free spaces are available to applicants from organisations holding Access to Justice Foundation ILTA funding* . Price for all other applicants is just £125.

The course is delivered by experienced organisational development consultants Matthew Howgate and Jayne Butler, who are lead tutors on the Management and Leadership Programme (MLP).
