Absolutely not! I don't talk about meal plans or calorie counting. We focus on the EMOTIONAL reasons you eat when you're not hungry. This is about understanding yourself, not following rules.

Do I need to attend every week?

No! You can attend once, occasionally, or every week - whatever works for you. Each session stands alone, but attending regularly helps you build momentum.

What are your qualifications?

I'm a qualified psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with over 7 years of experience. I'm a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society, specialising in emotional eating and weight management.
