As one of Europe’s most awarded wildlife photographers, with over 85 national and international awards to date, Andy is ideally placed to be able to offer constructive, digestible and coherent advice on what it takes to succeed in the subjective world of photographic competitions. As a three time judge on Outdoor Photographer of the Year, a 2021 judge on European Wildlife Photographer of the Year as well as a judge for the British Wildlife Photography Awards, Andy is also extremely knowledgeable on what image criteria is sought from the judges perspective.

Andy gives an informative and helpful masterclass which, as well as detailing why some of his images have been awarded, he’ll also be sharing with you the near misses, the flat out fails and the new, unseen images that he’s really excited to enter into competitions in 2022!
