🧘 Yoga Foundations — 6-Week Beginners Course

(formerly “Yoga for Beginners” at Yogasara)

📍 St Anne’s House, Brislington (BS4)🗓 Mondays: 6.30-7.30pm 2026

So excited to running this course again at St Annes House

After 9 years of running this well-loved course at Yogasara, I’m delighted to bring it to St Anne’s House — supporting both a new venue and the local BS4 community.

This 6-week course offers a gentle, accessible introduction to yoga. Together we’ll explore the four pillars of yoga:

  • Breathwork — calming and steadying the nervous system
  • Meditation — simple practices for presence and perspective
  • Asana (movement) — building strength, steadiness, and flexibility
  • Philosophy — everyday wisdom you can take off the mat

You don’t need any experience — all bodies are welcome. This isn’t about bending into shapes, but about finding steadiness, boundaries, and resilience that support everyday life.

As the seasons shift, autumn is the perfect time to begin: a chance to reflect, reset, and root yourself in practices that bring clarity and strength for the colder months ahead.
