You are welcome to join us for an innovative soundscape meditation journey on this Full Moon. A sound bath focussed on your intentions.

The sound event will take place in a special location in the Exeter Area which is to be confirmed shortly. All those who have booked before the location is updated on this page will be advised as soon as we know. This event will be held in a big space to enable a larger group gathering - let's surf the special Beltane energies together!

The sound frequencies we create with the handmade Wind Gong, Quartz Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Singing Bowls produce Theta and Delta brainwave states associated with dreaming, imagination, creativity and deep relaxation.

As you pleasantly drift into your imagination, you can experience positive wellbeing and intuitive insights.

This Full Moon Sound Event is specifically for grounding, finding your centre and receiving higher wisdom.

Please note - this session will enable all attenders to lie down or seat if preferred. Please bring blankets and cushions for your own comfort.
