Hello, welcome to to my space:)I'm Prem and I have been on the path of self-discovery and spiritual exploration since the birth of my soul:) My life experiences has led me towards deep healing of my childhood wounds and I remain constantly curious and open about new ways of coming into balance, peace and joy.On my spiritual journey I discovered various methods relating to mind, body & spirit however Kundalini Yoga remains the most precious healing modality in my life. Few years ago I discovered Family and  Systemic Constellations method, which remains one of the important resources in my life for gaining more clarity, self-awareness and connection with myself and other people. However, I am the most passionate about IoPT (Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy) developed by Prof Dr Franz Ruppert which I found to be very effective method for healing deep wounds.I am qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Family and  Systemic Constellations facilitator and IoPT practitioner. My interests evolve around human psyche, individual and collective trauma and the world beyond the physical eyes. Belonging and Connection through the lens of family constellations

<h4>Dear all,</h4><h4> </h4><h4>This is an invitation to explore the theme of home and how our childhood experiences have shaped our meaning and relationship to 'home' in our current adult lives. As we approaching Christmas holidays and the time of family gatherings it can be especially challenging period for many and we may often face some issues around conflicts, abandonment, loneliness, worthiness, feeling unloved and many more. Whatever the struggle comes up around this time, the constellation perspective may bring more insights, clarity and deeper understanding regarding family dynamics.</h4> <h4>What are Family and Systemic Constellations?</h4>Family and Systemic Constellations method was developed by Bert Hellinger in the early 90’s and it draws on the elements of family systems therapy to reveal a previously unrecognised systemic dynamics that span multiple generations in a given family. Family Constellations is a simple modality that helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living the life we want.
