The Yorkshire Invitational, presented by SGH Events, has established itself as one of the premier events on the Yorkshire golfing calendar. This year's tournament will be hosted by European golf legend Colin Montgomerie OBE at Ilkley Golf Club on 16 & 17 September.

We are honoured to announce that legendary European golf figure Colin Montgomerie OBE will host this year's Yorkshire Invitational. Monty had a remarkable career that included 31 European Tour victories and famously won the European Tour Order of Merit a record eight times, including seven consecutive years from 1993 to 1999. He will be joined by Dame Laura Davies, one of the most decorated female golfers of all time. A four-time major champion and World Golf Hall of Fame member, Davies will compete alongside Montgomerie at Ilkley Golf Club, offering spectators a rare opportunity to see two of golf's greatest icons in action.

After last year’s inaugural Celeb-Am proved a huge success, the event is back at the Yorkshire Invitational, giving you the chance to watch sporting legends at Ilkley Golf Club. Leading the action will be our team captains: Sir Gareth Southgate, Jason Robinson OBE, Lee Dixon, and Zinzan Brooke, who will go head-to-head in pursuit of the coveted Yorkshire Invitational Celeb-Am Championship title. They will be joined by a stellar line-up of sporting stars, including Premier League champions, Grand National winners, Ashes heroes, and other iconic names from the world of sport.

We are delighted to introduce a dedicated spectator village at this year's Yorkshire Invitational, offering plenty to enjoy both on and off the course. From gourmet burgers and artisan coffee to a fully stocked bar, golf simulators, and a range of exhibitors and retailers, there will be something for everyone. Throughout the event, we'll also host an exciting programme of live entertainment and interactive experiences, including golf clinics with leading professionals, BBQ masterclasses, drinks tastings, and much more.
