Hello, welcome to to my space:)I'm Prem and I have been on the path of self-discovery and spiritual exploration since the birth of my soul:) My life experiences has led me towards deep healing of my childhood wounds and I remain constantly curious and open about new ways of coming into balance, peace and joy.On my spiritual journey I discovered various methods relating to mind, body & spirit however Kundalini Yoga remains the most precious healing modality in my life. Few years ago I discovered Family and  Systemic Constellations method, which remains one of the important resources in my life for gaining more clarity, self-awareness and connection with myself and other people. However, I am the most passionate about IoPT (Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy) developed by Prof Dr Franz Ruppert which I found to be very effective method for healing deep wounds.I am qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Family and  Systemic Constellations facilitator and IoPT practitioner. My interests evolve around human psyche, individual and collective trauma and the world beyond the physical eyes. Understanding and exploring the roots of addictions utilising Family Constellations

<h3>"Don't ask why the addiction, ask why the pain.</h3><h3>To understand people's pain, you have to understand their lives."</h3><h3>- Dr Gabor Mate</h3> Currently we live in a world where we have so much choice, where everything is easily available, perhaps except a true and genuine human connection. When we are not available to each other in relationships, we start to turn toward anything else that will keep us engaged and feeling relatively good. An addiction is often a substitute for the warmth, love and safety that a good relationships can provide. In this workshop we will explore our individual bigger and smaller addictions, and what hides behind them. It will be a great opportunity to explore thorugh a constellation lens the root cause of our addictions and compulsions, and/or anything else that keeps our mind away from being creative and stress free. <h4>“Not all addictions are rooted in abuse or trauma, but I do believe they can all be traced to painful experience. A hurt is at the centre of all addictive behaviours. It is present in the gambler, the Internet addict, the compulsive shopper and the workaholic. The wound may not be as deep and the ache not as excruciating, and it may even be entirely hidden—but it’s there. As we’ll see, the effects of early stress or adverse experiences directly shape both the psychology and the neurobiology of addiction in the brain.” ― Gabor Mate</h4> <h4>What are Family and Systemic Constellations?</h4>Family and Systemic Constellations method was developed by Bert Hellinger in the early 90’s and it draws on the elements of family systems therapy to reveal a previously unrecognised systemic dynamics that span multiple generations in a given family. Family Constellations is a simple modality that helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living the life we want.
