This course looks at the role of the facilitator, the benefits of the group agreement and explores various scenarios and how to manage them.

Managing a group can be challenging but equipped with the right skills to create a safe and supportive atmosphere for learning can also be very rewarding. In this course we will explore the role of the facilitator, practice implementing a group agreement and reflect on the benefits for both the facilitator and the group. We will explore various scenarios and discuss solutions to how these can be managed effectively. The course is delivered on Thursday 27th November 9:30 - 12pm.
