This course looks at the role of the facilitator, the benefits of the group agreement and explores various scenarios and how to manage them.
Managing a group can be challenging but equipped with the right skills to create a safe and supportive atmosphere for learning can also be very rewarding. In this course we will explore the role of the facilitator, practice implementing a group agreement and reflect on the benefits for both the facilitator and the group. We will explore various scenarios and discuss solutions to how these can be managed effectively.
