Discover the Heart of England Forest in the height of summer! Join a member of the Forest team for a peaceful 2-hour guided walk around the Dorsington Arboretum, where lush greenery, shady canopies, and vibrant wildlife create the perfect summer escape.
With the warmer season in full swing, we have the unusal chance to start our journey much closer to the Arboretum, with meadow parking a stone's throw from it's entrance, meaning you get more time to immerse yourself in its wonders.
You'll hear interesting facts about native and international tree species, seasonal plants in full bloom, and some of the wildlife that thrives during the warmer months.
With over 600 tree species, the Arboretum is a haven of biodiversity in summer, offering cool shaded trails and bursts of colour from wildflowers and blooming shrubs. Whether you’re a nature lover, keen photographer, or simply seeking a relaxing outdoor adventure, this summer walk promises a refreshing and educational experience.
