#ICan Teen Camp 2026
You have the chance to join us for the teen camp for people with limb difference 10th July - 12th 2026. A fun, active camp for all teens!
I Can Teen Camp – Building Confidence, Friendships, and Lifelong Networks
Join us from 10th July, 3pm to 12th July, 3pm BST at the Essex Outdoors Bradwell Centre for LimbPower’s I Can Teen Camp, designed for teens with limb difference and their siblings.
Teen years can be challenging, and research shows that many teens—particularly those with disabilities—drop out of sport or struggle to stay engaged in physical activity. This camp provides a supportive, inclusive space where participants can explore exciting activities alongside peers who understand their experiences. By connecting with others “like me,” teens build friendships and networks that extend far beyond the weekend, helping to reduce isolation and increase confidence.
The weekend is packed with adventure and teamwork. Obstacle courses, bushcraft challenges, dinghy sailing, and powerboating encourage independence, problem-solving, and collaboration. Teens discover their strengths while learning the power of working in harmony as a group. Every challenge overcome becomes a confidence boost, and every shared laugh strengthens bonds. Parents can relax and be entertained knowing their teens are safe, inspired, and forming meaningful connections.
The camp isn’t just about fun—it’s about empowerment. Participants leave with practical skills, renewed self-belief, stronger friendships, and a sense of belonging in a community that celebrates ability, resilience, and courage. It’s a chance for teens and siblings to experience adventure, build networks, and be inspired by what they can achieve—together.
All activities are led by qualified instructors and adapted to suit each young person’s abilities and preferences.
