Of course! This is about personal responses,  but each week I will show you tips and techniques to help boost your skills and confidence

What will you provide?

Each month you will be welcomed to a beautiful altar space where you can relax and rest with: oracle cards to explore, a grounding meditation ( sometimes with sound), journal prompts, art materials, experienced art teacher input, herbal tea, treats and nibbles, a safe and supportive space.

Question 3

What shall I bring?

Bring: a mug  for your tea, a yoga mat, blanket if you'd like one and a journal. I will have some paper but committing to a using a journal will make your response more special and you can see your drawing responses over the year. I'd advise a plain paper - there will some available to buy.

Question 4

Can I bring my child?

This event will be wonderful as a bonding space for you and other women,  Due to the nature of some women's shares around the circle I would advise age 18 and above to keep the space sacred and safe for all.

Question 5

Will there be Drumming?

This is an art circle space. No drums here but I am holding a drum circle afterwards. you are welcome to attend both events. just buy both tickets. I will provide some nibble in between for those staying. Treat it like a retreat afternoon! Perfect.
