Rays of Sunshine is a national charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill young people by granting wishes, hosting family events and providing support in hospitals.

<h3>'Inside and Out' is a day designed to help teenagers feel empowered, capable and supported. They will get to meet experts from specialist charities and meet peers experiencing similar challenges, as well as enjoying fun activities and yummy food!</h3><h3>You can take part in activities such as learning about close-up magic, getting a manicure, joining a yoga class and more!</h3><h3>You can also chat with charities such as Look Good Feel Better, Little Princess Trust and Young Minds, to name a few.</h3><h3>This event is free for all to attend.</h3> Age restrictions - This event is for teens and tweens between the ages of 10 and 18. Siblings are also welcome to join in the fun!Monday 16th February - Half term! Opening time - 12:00pmClosing time - 3:00pmCatering - Lunch will be provided. Please let us know if you or a family member has any allergies or dietary requirements we should be aware of.Waitlist - As places are limited, please let us know if you can no longer attend as we will be running a waiting list. If tickets show as fully booked - please do still join our waiting list as we actively manage the guestlist and always end up allocating tickets from our waiting lists.Photos - We will be taking photographs and video during the event which will be used on our social media platforms and website. By attending this event, you are agreeing for Rays of Sunshine and our event partners to use any photos/recording taken during the day to help promote the charities work.Cystic Fibrosis - There will only be one attendee with Cystic Fibrosis at this event to reduce the chances of cross infection.Wheelchair users - If you or a family member is a wheelchair user then please indicate this when booking. Accessible bathrooms are available.Animals - There will be animals present during the event (including reptiles and amphibians) which may carry naturally occuring baterica such as salmonella. Children and young people who are immunosuppressed are at an increased risk of infection. Participation in animal handling activities is optional, and parents/carers should assess suitability for their child.Quiet area - there is no fully enclosed quiet space at this event. However, one of the spaces will be kept as calm and relaxing as possible and is seperate from the catering.Privacy - We respect your right of privacy and to have your data kept as secure as possible. We will never exchange your details or sell or rent your data to any other commercial or charitable organisation.
