This session is rooted in the Creative Flow Dojo® approach, practices that help us enter that “optimal flow state” where clarity, creativity and courage meet.We’ll explore how to cultivate the inner conditions that allow inspiration to arise, rather than simply waiting for lightning to strike. Expect guided visualisation, embodied imagination, and practical tools to carry forward into daily life.Break – 60 mins (teas/coffee available)2) THE GATHERING Conscious Connections &amp; Breathwork Ritual 3:30pm–5:45pmA heart-centred workshop for slowing down, sensing your body, and meeting others from a grounded, authentic place.You’ll learn to honour your boundaries, communicate clearly, and relax into natural rhythms of connection and rest. This includes a profound breathwork ritual that utilises conscious connected breath and eye-gazing, simple, powerful, and deeply human. A beautiful way to honour the Solstice by letting your inner light be seen.Break – 75 mins (teas/coffee available)3) MEDICINA Ecstatic Dance &amp; Cacao Ceremony - Music Vibes: Global Bass | Ethno-Fusion | Medicine Music | Folktronica | Shamanic Soundscapes 7pm–9:45pm (strict no entry after 7:30pm)Our Winter Solstice evening dance event is a celebration of life through movement, music and the medicine of rhythm. Expect deep, organic beats, mystical soundscapes, uplifting grooves, and an intention-setting cacao ceremony led by Seth.This is a dance-as-meditation journey, no talking, no booze, no phones, just pure embodied expression in a clean, sober space. A chance to release city stress, move joyfully, and reconnect with your inner luminosity.Followed by an optional fruit social to nourish and land. <h3>WHAT YOU WILL NEED:</h3>1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the ecstatic dance session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms and there are no lockers at the venue, leave shoes, jackets in the hallway.2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks.3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water refill available at the venue.4. Like Bioenergetics and other somatic processes, for me, Ecstatic Dance was another door to inner discovery and transformation. I have always been passionate about contemporary forms of music and dance that reclaim our vital energy and our creative potential."As a coach, Seth is dedicated to helping people calm, empower and rejuvenate their busy minds and bodies to achieve the best versions of themselves. Seth brings a wealth of experience holding heart-centered spaces. Expect guided meditations, somatic grounding, centring practices and relational exercises that help you meet yourself and others, with more presence.The Gathering invites you to honour your boundaries and recognise your natural rhythms of connection and rest, and communicate from a place of clarity and authenticity. From this grounded foundation, we move into a breathwork ritual using conscious connected breath and gentle eye-gazing. Ancient practices that are simple yet profound, opening inner doors that often stay closed in the rush of everyday life.At its heart, this workshop is about learning to feel more. To feel more alive, to be more aligned and attuned to your centre.You’ll explore how to sense your body, recognise when you contract, soften into what’s present, and allow yourself to be seen without performance or pressure. As the longest night of the year gathers us together, Medicina invites you into a deep, soulful and uplifting dance journey, a blend of ancient global rhythms, mystical shamanic soundscapes and electro-folktronica designed to open the heart, activate the body and awaken the luminous within.This is dance-as-meditation at its most alive and vibrant. A modern ritual rooted in ancient traditions of the Solstice through movement, song, rhythm and communal gathering.The music is crafted to guide you through a full arc: grounding, expanding, releasing and connecting. It’s your chance to shake off the city, free your voice, and rediscover the vital spark that Winter dulls.We begin with a rich ceremonial-grade cacao offering and guided intention-setting with Seth, an invitation to soften into your flow, connect with your heart and enter the dance with clarity and presence. From there, the soundwave unfolds into an ecstatic journey designed to energise, open, express, and shine.No experience is needed.
