This is your essential mid-month, zero-judgement space to disconnect from the stress of the festive season and reconnect with yourself and your community. What to Expect:<ul><li>8:00 PM - The Workout: A high-intensity, full-body session designed to build physical and mental resilience. No previous experience is needed - just bring a bottle of water and a willingness to push yourself.</li><li>9:00 PM - The Brotherhood Circle: A completely confidential, non-judgemental space for real talk. We'll focus on the challenges of the season, reflect on the year, and set intentions to finish strong.</li></ul> This is practical support, not therapy.
