Join us for a Safeguarding Adults Training session.This session is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to protect adults at risk and uphold their rights.Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, and understanding how to identify concerns, respond appropriately, and follow correct procedures is critical for ensuring safety and well-being.This session covers the essentials of safeguarding adults, including:<ul><li>What safeguarding is and who it applies to</li></ul><ul><li>Types of abuse and key signs to look for</li></ul><ul><li>How to respond to concerns or disclosures</li></ul><ul><li>Reporting procedures and recording expectations</li></ul><ul><li>Roles, responsibilities, and the legal framework (Care Act, MCA)</li></ul>By the end of this training, participants will feel confident in recognising risks, taking protective actions, and following the correct safeguarding processes to support adults in need. Cost: This training session will cost £10 per participant to cover the cost of room hire and refreshments.
