What is the age restriction?

Accepted Answer

18+ for all shows after 20:30, from 17:00 we allow under 18s at the discretion of the staff. We do also promote specifically family friendly shows for children as young as toddlers/babies in arms.

Is there reserved seating?

Accepted Answer

All tickets are sold as Limited Seating as it is a partially seated venue with capacity including standing room and seating is unreserved. This show will have limited seating please email if you have seating requirements.

Question 3

When can I arrive with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Guaranteed entry with ticket only until an hour after doors open (which is 15 minutes after the gig starts). We allow access for the entire time the gig goes on for but can only reserve space for that amount of time - tickets are then treated as no-shows and resold.

Question 4

Do you have disabled access?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately as a basement venue and, due to the historic nature of the building, there’s no way to provide disabled access. The venue is accessible via down a set of 16, then 9 stairs with a handrail along the side, and we do allow early entry to shows for accessibility reasons.
