What do I need to bring?

Please bring a mat to lie on, favourite cosy blanket & cushion. Bottle of water......added extras - eye mask.

You have a 15 minute window. The doors must be locked no later that 19: 15pm. After that you will not be able to get into the building, as the session will have started and no one can be on the door after then.
