Budget 2025 – What It Really Means for Employers

As of 27th November, the Government has confirmed that unfair dismissal will not become a day-one right. Instead, the qualifying period will move to 6 months.  This is still a significant change from the current 2 years, and employers need to prepare — we’ll explain exactly what this means in practice and what you need to do.
