First Steps group 5 - Tuesday 10 March 2026

First Steps is our online programme for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.

Booking information:

This event page is to book a place on group 5 commencing on Tuesday 10 March 2026.

If a family member, friend or carer will be taking part with you, you will need to select 2 places when registering.

There are 3 online sessions, with a 4- week gap between sessions 2 and 3, so please make sure that you can commit to the 3 dates in each group before booking.

Group 5

Each session runs from 1pm to 3.30pm

Session one - Tuesday 10 March 2026

Session two - Tuesday 17 March 2026

Session three - Tuesday 14 April 2026
