Fundraising Connections

Fundraising Connections

The Black BoxBelfast, Northern Ireland
Thursday 25 June  •  10 AM - 12 PM
Overview

A quarterly peer to peer meet up for arts and cultural based fundraisers!

Fundraising Connections is a peer led, networking and information session for those fundraising within the arts and cultural sector to collaborate by sharing ideas, resources, fundraising tips, successes, losses, potential funders and more. We will also be able to share upcoming funding/grant opportunities, fundraising events, training and other resources on different aspects of fundraising.

In this session, we are delighted to hear from A&B NI member Centre Stage Theatre Company, who will share insights from their Bold Girls production crowdfunder campaign. They will offer practical guidance on how arts organisations can harness individual giving and grassroots support in today’s funding landscape.

Hear directly from Centre Stage about their work, their wider fundraising approach, and their experience of delivering a crowdfunding campaign in real time. This is a valuable opportunity to gain a clear, first-hand understanding of how an individual giving campaign works in practice - from developing a compelling story to engaging supporters and sustaining momentum.

Centre Stage Theatre Company is Northern Ireland’s premier touring theatre company, with over 40 years of experience creating high-quality productions, workshops, and education programmes. A family-founded organisation rooted in a passion for storytelling, they deliver professional theatre across Northern Ireland and beyond, alongside innovative training opportunities, including their long-running residential drama scheme for young people. Centre Stage NI | Northern Ireland's premier touring theatre company.

This event is open to anyone in the sector engaging in any area of fundraising (plus plenty of time for chatting and refreshments on the go!)

A&B NI members can attend this event for free. Non-members are asked to pay £3+VAT to cover venue costs (that's a bargain for a few cups of tea/coffee and a wee sweet treat these days!)
