About the All Wales Carers Assembly

The All Wales Carers Assembly is a unique opportunity for unpaid carers from every corner of Wales to come together, share experiences, and shape the national conversation on caring. This event places carers’ voices at the centre—highlighting the issues, challenges, and priorities that matter most to those providing unpaid care every day.

Why Submit an Expression of Interest?

By submitting an expression of interest, you’ll be considered for a place at the Assembly, where you can contribute directly to discussions that inform policy, influence decision-makers, and help improve support for carers across Wales. We want to ensure a diverse and representative group of carers, and your perspective is important.

Expressions of interest to attend will close at the end of January 2026.

What to Expect

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from and engage with politicians and service leaders, take part in interactive sessions, open discussions, and collaborative workshops designed to capture real experiences and practical ideas. The Assembly provides a supportive space for carers to connect, learn from one another, and help shape meaningful change.

Who Can Apply

Unpaid carers of all ages, backgrounds, and caring situations are invited to express their interest. Whether you are caring for a family member, friend, or neighbour, your voice and experience are invaluable.

Financial Support

A limited support fund is available to carers to attend the event. Those drawn will be contacted about details if they select to know more.

Mae Cynulliad Gofalwyr Cymru Gyfan yn gyfle unigryw i ofalwyr di-iawndal o bob cwr o Gymru ddod at ei gilydd, rhannu profiadau, a llunio’r sgwrs genedlaethol am ofalu. Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn rhoi llais y gofalwyr wrth galon—gan dynnu sylw at faterion, heriau, a blaenoriaethau sy’n bwysicaf i’r rheini sy’n darparu gofal di-iawndal bob dydd.

Pam Cyflwyno Datganiad o Ddiddordeb?
Trwy gyflwyno datganiad o ddiddordeb, byddwch yn ystyriaeth ar gyfer lle yn y Cynulliad, lle gallwch gyfrannu’n uniongyrchol at drafodaethau sy’n llywio polisïau, dylanwadu ar benderfynwyr, a helpu i wella cefnogaeth i ofalwyr ledled Cymru. Rydym eisiau sicrhau grŵp amrywiol ac adlewyrchol o ofalwyr, ac mae eich safbwynt yn bwysig.

Bydd y dyddiad cau ar gyfer mynegiadau o ddiddordeb i fynychu ddiwedd mis Ionawr 2026.

Beth i’w Ddisgwyl
Bydd gan gyfranogwyr y cyfle i glywed oddi wrth ac ymgysylltu â phobl mewn swyddi o gyfrifoldeb, cymryd rhan mewn sesiynau rhyngweithiol, trafodaethau agored, a gweithdai cydweithredol sydd wedi’u cynllunio i ddal profiadau go iawn a syniadau ymarferol. Mae’r Cynulliad yn darparu lle cefnogol i ofalwyr gysylltu, dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd, a helpu i lunio newid ystyrlon.

Mae gofalwyr di-iawndal o bob oedran, cefndir, a sefyllfa ofalu yn cael eu gwahodd i fynegi eu diddordeb. Boed eich bod yn gofalu am aelod o’r teulu, ffrind, neu gymydog, mae eich llais a’ch profiad yn amhrisiadwy.
