Authentic Relating & Conscious Dating | Love begins with you
Let’s move beyond “performing” love and step into conscious, fulfilling relationships, rooted in truth and genuine care.
Open to All | Singles, Couples & Everyone in Between
This Valentine’s month, we invite you into a transformative workshop dedicated to conscious love and authentic connection. Whether you are single, dating, in a relationship, or somewhere in between, this space welcomes anyone who feels called to deepen relational awareness, strengthen communication, and explore intimacy rooted in truth.
Beyond romantic connection, this workshop is also an opportunity to meet mindful, like-hearted people and to gently explore the real challenges of modern relating: expectations, fears, recurring patterns, and the barriers that often keep us from the closeness we long for.
The Intention
Authentic spaces, where we can show up without masks or performance, are rare. Many of us move through life carrying unspoken pressures:
to find “the one,”
to meet certain milestones,
to fit into inherited or outdated models of love.
In response, we may find ourselves pleasing, performing, hiding parts of who we are, or compromising our truth to feel chosen or secure. Often, fear sits beneath these strategies:
fear of being single,
fear of being in the wrong relationship,
fear of loneliness,
fear of repeating old relational patterns.
When we cling to familiar models or try to mould ourselves into who we think we should be, we slowly disconnect from ourselves, and from the kind of love that can only grow through authenticity.
This workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect. To explore love and connection grounded in self-acceptance, honesty, and embodied presence.
Together, We Will Explore
- The realities and challenges of modern dating
- Relational values, needs, and desires
- Patterns, boundaries, and relational blocks
- Respectful, consensual touch
- Emotional awareness and authentic expression
What You May Gain
This is an invitation to move beyond performing love and into relationships shaped by clarity, groundedness, and genuine care.
By noticing and gently releasing old patterns, you open space for more truthful connection, not only with others, but with yourself. As your way of relating shifts, so does your experience of intimacy, safety, and belonging.
What to Expect
This is more than a learning experience. It is a space to practice, to feel, and to connect.
Through embodied practices, relational games, and meaningful conversations, you will be invited to explore connection in real time, within a supportive and respectful group environment.
The workshop includes:
- Pair work
- Small group practices
- Full-circle sharing
- Presence and vulnerability
- Emotional honesty
- Time for tea, informal connection, and relaxed conversation
Whether you are navigating dating, healing intimacy wounds, or wishing to enrich an existing relationship, this space offers tools and experiences to support your journey.
About our events
This workshop is open to both newcomers and experienced practitioners.
The process can be emotionally powerful and may bring up unfamiliar sensations or feelings. We hold a warm, respectful, and judgment-free container, and we encourage you to check in with yourself about your readiness for this kind of inner and relational exploration. You are welcome to reach out with any questions.
Each ARE session is unique, yet the intention remains the same:
to deepen connection with yourself and others through awareness, embodiment, and authentic relating.
Authentic Relating is a lifelong skill, valuable not only in romantic relationships, but also in friendships, family dynamics, professional settings, and most importantly, in the relationship you have with yourself.
