When will I receive the Zoom link for the event?

Accepted Answer

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with details about the event. The Zoom link will be sent to you before the event begins, typically on the day of the event. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact Retune Room for assistance.

What if I can no longer join the live event?

Accepted Answer

If you’re unable to join the live event, a private replay will be available for 48 hours via YouTube. A link will be emailed to all registered attendees shortly after the event – please remember to check your spam folder. Refunds are also available but will exclude any booking fees paid.

Question 3

Can I share this experience with friends and family?

Accepted Answer

Attendance is limited so please don't share the Zoom link with other people – each booking allows access from one device only. However, you’re welcome to enjoy the event with others in a shared space by connecting your device to a good-quality external speaker.

Question 4

Can I join the event without turning my camera and microphone on?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! To maintain a peaceful and focused space, microphones and cameras are turned off by default, and you’ll only see the host’s video feed. You won’t be able to unmute yourself, but you’re welcome to use the chat to say hello or share a comment.
