We are an independent, user-led organisation with 24 years of experiences in connecting patients, service users, carers and the public with service redesign. We are rooted in the community with a proven track record of working in an innovative way with communities by ensuring they are at the centre of all the work we do. This enables us to understand what the real issues are, the barriers and the solutions for people to live better lives in Leeds. We work with all communities but have expertise in vulnerable groups.

The Community Wellbeing Hub

Join us for our next FRESH meeting, where we’ll be focusing on the new Adult Social Care (ASC) referral system.This session will give you the chance to understand what’s changing, how the new system works, and what it means for people trying to access support.We’ll be using the session to trial the new referral system in real time, giving you the opportunity to see how it works in practice and share your thoughts.Representatives from Leeds City Council will be joining us to:<ul><li>Explain the new referral process</li><li>Talk through what has changed</li><li>Listen to feedback on people’s experiences</li></ul>This is a space for open conversation, where you can share your views, ask questions, and help shape how the system works moving forward.
