Should it not be possible for you to pay by card, please email bcme@eventworkseurope.com with details of your ticket requirements and an invoice can be raised.
Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations by Delegates
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the event organiser.
- Cancellations received 15 working days or more before the event will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the ticket price (20% covers the admin fee to process the cancellation)
- Cancellations received less than 15 working days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Substitutions
· Delegates may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost, provided the organiser is notified at least 48 hours before the event.
3. Event Cancellation by Organiser
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, delegates will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by delegates (e.g., travel, accommodation).
4. Postponement or Rescheduling
- If the event is postponed, delegates’ bookings will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the new date is unsuitable.
5. Non-Attendance
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior written cancellation.
