Are materials provided?

Yes! All materials are provided: 4B pencils, HB pencils, fineliner pens, thickliner pens, biro pens, 130gsm brown paper (recycled), 140gsm white cartridge paper (recycled), conte crayons, rubbers, sharpeners, elastic bands and tape.

Can I bring my own materials?

Accepted Answer

For the Tutored Session, the tutor will provide materials relevant to the task. You are also welcome to bring your own dry materials, such as pencils, charcoal, pastels, or dry crayons. Please do not bring wet materials, including paint, ink, or anything that requires water or solvents.

What is Open Door policy?

Accepted Answer

Five Open Door tickets are available at each life drawing evening for those who may find cost a barrier to attending. No proof of eligibility is required.

Question 4

What is the difference between Tutored and Untutored?

Accepted Answer

Tutored is led by arts educator Kelly Sweeney, who offers structured guidance and individual support – ideal for those who prefer direction and guidance. Untutored provides only the model and pose timings, better suited to those who prefer self-direction.
