Will I receive my tickets before the event?

Our event tickets are fully digital, which means that you will not receive physical tickets prior to the event. All you need to bring is your email confirmation showing the order that you placed or the QR code and we will check your ticket at the door!

Children and Disabled Tickets

Children 6 and under go FREE at THAT! Collector Show events! Also, anyone that requires a carer to attend may purchase their own ticket and the carer can come for FREE. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Do you accept walk-ins at THAT! Collector Show events?

Accepted Answer

You are encouraged to purchase tickets online at the cheaper price prior to coming to THAT! Collector Show events, but we do accept ticket purchases on the door if the event hasn't reached capacity through online ticket sales.

Are tickets refundable at THAT! Collector Show events?

At the moment, we do not offer refunds on tickets. If you have a problem with our ticketing system and need help, please reach out and we'll work something out for you!
