Overview
DIFFERabled are delighted to share Autistically Scott with our community, offering themed sessions based on request and need, allowing a deeper understanding of neurotype and how best to support our neurodivergent loved ones.
This session will cover the following information:
Improving the Wellbeing of Neurodivergent People
The session provides some background on current challenges in society that can negatively impact neurodivergent people’s wellbeing. Following this, there is exploration and discussion of what constitutes positive wellbeing, as well as how subjective this can be within the community. Participants will be able to discuss and receive ideas on how to enhance the wellbeing of the neurodivergent people in their lives.
Interaction is welcome at various points of the call - but there is no expectation to participate. Our aim is for those attending to be comfortable, and so video / mic are optional. We may need to confirm your identity through the private text chat facility.
