Learn how to support your anxious kids

A new 3 week course which focuses on the support parents can provide to support children and young people to work with and through their anxiety.

Each week we will discuss and plan the changes that parents can make to support development of their children’s resilience.

Please note:

This course is aimed at parents/carers of children from around P4 and up.

These sessions cannot be recorded and shared afterwards, as participants often share personal information.

Therefore please only book a place if you can attend on all dates.

The course will run on 9th, 16th and 23rd of March from 09:45 - 11:45.

This course is delivered by CLD Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents/carers living in Aberdeen.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.
